A Sacred Union of Science and Spirit
That's
my Story

I Always Wanted to

BE a MOTHER

Since I was 15, I dreamed of becoming a mother.

Even after graduating from Oxford with a master’s degree in embryology—a golden ticket to the “real world”—I would have easily traded it all to meet the man who would become my husband and the father of my children.

My greatest dream was simple: to hold a baby in my arms, embraced by the love of my life.

But there was a problem. My happiness depended on that picture. Without it, life felt empty. Growing up in Cyprus, I had been taught that love was something external, something to seek in another. Sexuality, too, was a dangerous thing for a woman to embody—something to suppress for safety. Yet deep within, I always felt my sexuality was sacred, something to treasure and share only when infused with love.

Love, Loss, and the Lessons Life Taught Me

I loved deeply, even blindly. Heartbreak after heartbreak broke me open. A miscarriage at 21 taught me that children aren’t possessions to be “owned” but souls with their own timing and purpose.

At 25, I endured the trauma of being drugged and raped. It shattered me, yet through the pain, I found tantra—a path that helped me reconnect with my body, listen to its wisdom, and reclaim my power.

These experiences, though deeply painful, accelerated my awakening. They taught me to find the source of love within myself, to see life as a playground for creation, and to fall deeply in love with being alive.

The Magic of Love and Motherhood

When I met Michael, my husband, something shifted. In him, I found the love and safety I had always longed for.

Together, in the forests of Austria, we conceived our son in a moment of pure magic. Seeing that positive pregnancy test brought joy and hope—but also fear.

Pregnancy and motherhood transformed me in ways I never imagined.

My body didn’t feel like mine.

My brain worked differently.

My sexuality changed.

Balancing the roles of partner, mother, and businesswoman was overwhelming.

I felt lost, unsure of who I was. Rediscovering myself—my essence, my power, my truth—became the greatest challenge of my life.

But through it all, there was BIRTH.

As a doula, I have witnessed women in their most raw, vulnerable, and powerful moments.

I have seen them birth not just their children but a version of themselves they never knew existed—strong, sacred, and deeply alive. Birth, to me, is the ultimate embodiment of a woman’s raw, absolute power. Being part of this transformation fills my heart with awe, gratitude, and purpose.

The Union of Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science.

Through it all, I found my purpose: to help women navigate their own transformations.

My work combines the ancient wisdom of tantra—a practice that honors the sacredness of our bodies and energy—with the grounding, practical insights of modern science.

This union allows me to support women in understanding conception, navigating birth, and rediscovering their feminine power.

I saw the gaps in how I was initiated into womanhood and how it shaped the way I loved, trusted, and created. I promised myself that I would become the example I wished I had seen: a guide who helps women heal through wisdom, compassion, and embodied truth.
