Our kids grow fast — one day their clothes fit, the next they don’t. Toys, books, baby gear… it all cycles quickly, and there’s always a new need around the corner.

So why not support each other and share what we no longer need in a conscious, loving, and community-centered way?

Join us for a relaxed afternoon where we come together as mothers to exchange ‘gently used’ items and connect. This is not a sale — just a swap, based on generosity and circular care.

SCHEDULE:

• 4:00–4:30 PM: Arrival & drop-off of items

• 4:30 - 4:45 PM: Opening

• 4:45–6:30 PM: Exchange time & connection

BRING ALONG  (if you have):

• Children’s clothes (ages 0–7)

• Toys, books, small gear

• Maternity wear or items

• Anything you’d love to pass on that still has life in it

And take what you need — no pressure to give in order to receive.

If you’re bringing items, please:

• Make sure everything is clean and in good condition

• Sort clothing by age groups (example: maternity 0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–9 months, 9–12 months, then 1 year, 2 years… up to 7 years old.

Anything left over at the end will be donated to charity.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

• Mamas with items they’d like to pass on

• Mamas who are pregnant or preparing for their first baby

• Mamas who may not have anything to offer right now, but would love to receive

• Mamas who just want to connect, meet other local mums, and be part of a nurturing community

• Kids are welcome too — it’ll be a relaxed and easygoing space

This is a FREE community event but BOOKING IS NECESSARY — just so we know how many lovely mamas to expect.

This event is part of the Women Within the Mother project and is created in collaboration with MindBodySpirit Cyprus, with the intention of community support, conscious living, and connection.
